On the 3rd of December 2011, the Rain God decided to show Dallas some mercy.......yes it rained the entire day after many many moons...I also had my Zentangle workshop organized by Plano Art Association(PAA) on this beautiful day...There were two Workshops back to back. The first was about "How to prepare your Artwork and Images for an Art Show" by award winning artist Barbara Mason, which was followed by my Zentangle class. Barbara's talk was such an eye opener, her tips and her attitude towards her work was totally inspiring, I was thrilled to attend her talk and am soo glad to have met her. After her workshop, PAA arranged Pizza for Lunch and at about 12:30 PM I started my Zentangle class. We had 19 students most of whom were artists and Barbara Mason too took my class....how awesome is that??

I started of with basic introduction and jumped right off to tangle...

After a small break, we got back on with our second tile and more tangles...I could see everyone's creativity bouncing on the tiles...

Hey there... Glad to see you here!! I am a self-taught Indian Artist living in Garland,Texas with my husband, and two little kids. I paint everyday at my studio in the Mall. While my predominant medium is oils and Ink drawings, I also enjoy creating mixed media.. Since the start of my art career in 2009, my artworks have been part of private collections in Canada, USA and India. I am currently exhibiting through juried shows in Dallas-Fort Worth area.
