MONTHLY ZENTANGLE WORKSHOP
I recently came across an intriguing insight that I'd like to share. It was in a reel, which discussed the concept of the present moment, or NOW. The reel emphasised that there is only one NOW; everything else is either in the past or the future. This idea made me reflect on how I'm living in my present moment. Am I caught up in the past or future, or am I fully present in the NOW? This, to me, is the crux of mindfulness: being fully present in the NOW.
Whenever I find myself getting distracted, I consciously bring my focus back to the NOW and strive to make the most of it. How about you? How do you center your focus on the present moment?
