Back home to sunshine and swelter after two amazing weeks in the US! Last week, I was at the CZT-only event hosted by Zentangle Inc.—in what felt like a freezer to me—Mystic, Connecticut! Three magical days of nonstop tangling, geeking out over new techniques, playing with endless possibilities, and getting to know some brand-new tangles. It was like a creative party with the coolest tribe ever! I came back with a full heart, an inspired mind, and a sketchbook bursting with ideas. Sharing a peek at some of our class projects—can’t wait for you to see the tangle-y goodness!
We kicked off Day 1 with a burst of creativity—new tangles, fun techniques, and lots of “oohs” and “aahs” all around! It was like opening a box of Zentangle surprises, and we were off to an inspiring, wiggly-lined start. Here’s a peek at what got us all buzzing!
We got our hands inky with this super fun printmaking project—messy, magical, and totally addictive!
Explored the new tangle Auragin—so flowy and fun, like little bursts of joy dancing across the tile!
Had a blast playing with colors on a tan tile—sprinkled in some Bronx Cheer for that extra pop!
Worked some magic on a black tile—white ink gold ink, sparkly highlights, and a whole lot of tangle wonder!
