At Sandhya Manne Studio, we understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend a workshop, you're welcome to transfer your registration to a family member or friend at no additional cost.

If you cannot arrange a substitute, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Important Deadlines

• Registration Deadline: Up to 2 days before the workshop.

• Cancellation Deadline: Up to 1 business day before the workshop.

Refund Policy

• If Sandhya Manne Studio cancels a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

• If you cancel before the registration deadline, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel after the registration deadline but before the cancellation deadline, you may choose one of the following:

  • Receive a 50% refund, or

  • Transfer 100% of your registration fee as credit towards another workshop at Sandhya Manne Studio within 6 months of the original workshop date.

• If no suitable workshop is offered within those 6 months, you may either:

  • Extend your workshop credit for an additional 6 months, or

  • Receive a 50% refund of your original registration fee.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or for participants who do not attend the workshop ("no-shows").
