Roots of Strength: A Women’s Day Exhibition Experience

Roots of Strength: A Women’s Day Exhibition Experience

This past weekend was truly special for me. I had the joy of exhibiting two of my artworks at “Roots of Strength,” a Women’s Day Art Exhibition held at the beautiful Cholamandala Artists’ Village and presented by XyouArt.

The exhibition celebrated the journeys, creativity, and resilience of women artists, and it was an honour to be part of this collective expression. There is always something deeply meaningful about seeing artworks come alive in a shared space, where each piece carries its own story and voice.

What made the experience even more memorable was the presence of friends and family who came by to support and encourage me. Their warmth, conversations, and kind words made the weekend feel even more joyful.

I’m sharing a few glimpses from the exhibition here — moments filled with art, connection, and celebration. It was truly a weekend to remember. 🌿✨

Day 2 was lot more fun....

More friends showing up to support!!

Today my heart is filled with deep gratitude for the incredible women in my life who have shown up just when I needed them — sometimes with words, sometimes with quiet presence, and always with kindness.

I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by women who support me, encourage me, guide me, and gently watch my back. Women who celebrate my joys, steady me during uncertain moments, and remind me of my own strength when I forget it. There are also those whose lives and journeys inspire me to move beyond my limiting beliefs, quietly showing me that I too can rise, grow, and step into new possibilities.

To all the beautiful, gentle, graceful, and resilient women out there — thank you for the care, wisdom, courage, and love you bring into the world every single day. Cheers to everything you do, both seen and unseen. Today, and every day, we celebrate you. 🌸

Wishing you a very Happy Women’s Day.
